At Albéa, I work to champion the voice of the consumer. I identify consumer insights, market trends, and technology platforms that can be utilized to deliver product improvements and new concepts for the personal care market.

In order to achieve results, I undertake a variety of cross-functional responsibilities, including but not limited to:

-Facilitate/participate in weekly ideation sessions
-Sketch, mock up, and render designs for Phase 0 concept development
-Create digital models and utilize in-house 3D printer to build prototypes for testing and to support customer presentations
-Help plan and execute international development workshops with marketing, commercial, and engineering teams

Furniture/home living solution start up

Designer in the Personal Care Innovation Center: we research market/consumer trends, hold ideation workshops, refine concepts, build computer models, and create working prototypes. Through innovation, we solve problems that improve lives around the globe.

Contract model making and design work

-Assisted in initial design concepts and sketching.
-Helped fabricate and install commissioned furniture and artwork.
-Designed and built self-directed furniture piece.

-Supervised and instructed six other inspectors, provided them with work and supplies, and collected completed data.
-Inspected and repaired ground-mounted electrical equipment.
-Reported unit conditions with digital scanners and PDAs.
