I love working on new concepts & ideas, brand launches, companies, and products. After designing lingerie, intimates, sleepwear, swimwear, and lounge wear categories for over 9 years, I'm focused on perfecting fit, functionality, and the overall aesthetic of everything I put my hands on. I enjoy coming up with clever engineering solutions to make seriously awesome products. Understanding customers needs comes naturally to me, as I can easily empathize with women of all different shapes and sizes. I've shown a consistent ability to lead teams, motivate others, as well as start new initiatives, and enhance the overall working experience with an upbeat, fun, light-hearted point of view.
In my previous role at Adore Me, I helped build out a team of just two, myself and the head of design, to over 9 people by the time I left. In three and a half years at Adore Me, I contributed to a team that increased sales from $5 million in 2013 to nearly $84 million by December of 2016. Many of my best selling styles are still being re-ordered at Adore Me today. During my tenure at Adore Me, it was the fastest growing Lingerie startup in the United States.
After leaving Adore Me, I began working on bootstrapping my own lingerie brand called FEARLYSS co. While working on this as a solo founder, I was able to raise our instagram following to from 0 to 14k in the course of 6 months. In April of 2018, FEARLYSS co was accepted into the Rent The Runway 'Project Entrepreneur' program for female entrepreneurs. FEARLYSS co. eventually pivoted into what is now KRSTN NDRSN LLC.
I'm passionate about advising and mentoring designers and entrepreneurs on how to bring their best selves to the table each day and how to deliver products that are seriously awesome. From functionality, to fit, print design, and of course the overall aesthetic, I have played a role in nearly every step of the design process over the course of my career.
