Adaptive Reuse: Elmira Federal Building
Located in Elmira, New York, the Federal Building has been sitting unoccupied for many years and underwent some maintenance repairs in 2011. Previously used as a courthouse, post office, and police station, the Elmira community is looking to find a new use for this building that will bring more attention to the historic downtown area.
