But after one month, David could assist customers and team members in every department.

Guests attended for weddings, banquets, graduations, wine tastings, and bld’s. Management would assign their best food runners on weekends, along with their best food runner for Sunday Brunch. David Korstad worked Sunday brunch. David proved his efficiency at handling numerous tasks while providing excellent customer service. David insisted on referencing his close friends for similar positions. A few months after David was hired Kozlak’s had their lowest turnover rate for food runners and bussers.
