Responsibilites:
- Making sure that branding of the institute is in place
- Design print materials for promoting courses eg: brochures, flyers
- Design collaterals for seminars and events e.g:
backdrop, lanyard, seminar booklet, ppt slides, postcards and so on
- Liase with print vendors for printing of materials, making sure that colours and quality meets expectation
- Designing microsite for events
- Updating of the institute's website and facebook page
- updating and designing institute corporate materials such as namecards, letterhead and so on

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise design concept, look and feel for projects
- Liase with printer vendor, making sure that publicity materials are up to standard
