Kelsi Dagger footwear Design and develop quarterly collections from start to finish by seasonal trends research, conceptual sketches and prototypes by construction * Develop and present original and innovative Footwear concept ideas based on trend research through web, market shopping, magazine tears, and consumer insights * Develop 2D artwork samples and color concepts to support internal presentations and communicate design concepts to outside vendors * Detail specifications and follow up to overseas operations * Product Development with sample corrections to vendors through photos, sketches, verbal, and written communication as necessary * Travel overseas to work closely with sample rooms, vendors and factories to ensure quality samples * Organize line-sheet & color swatch books with correct sample photos, spec, color, and material for the marketing team * Attend fit meeting and assist with technical comments.
