This work showcases some of the strategies used to reach employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, including executive messaging, a communications plan for shutting down operations, FAQs on vaccine options, company policy regarding remote work, and attending the Kimray campus. Additional crisis communication includes examples of informing employees through weather alerts and flooding on campus.
