SIRIUSXM RADIO / Senior Creative Manager of Marketing Communications
Responsible for the digital innovation and design of the marketing communication lifecycles from concept through final development. In this role, I manage a team of marketing communication managers and use my creative, technical and leadership skills on a daily basis. We brainstorm with the extended team, provide direction, support and hands on development of creative assets for SiriusXM Connected Vehicle marketing lifecycles. I Lead, coach and develop the creative team, responsible for the design conception, layout, copy and coordination of production activities to produce high quality digital and print communication. Consult and collaborate with department leaders to develop an understanding of communication needs, present ideas and obtain final design approvals. I define the direction of the SiriusXM CV brand. .

I started by re-imaging our website, and in the end, we re-imagined ourselves. The new site re-shaped the culture within our own walls. Traffic to the site increased 365% from 700 visitors a week to more than 2800. Best Buy - Helped create and design a new online user experience for the Best Buy customer. To personalize and enhance the customer journey, focusing on products purchased, touch points, and enrich their knowledge base and support found in the Best Buy Brand.
