I was employed as a sales assistant but shortly after I was promoted to Shop Manager.
Lead and manage staff to ensure smooth production of all print jobs and product sales to ensure optimal quality and time delivery are met with each job. Improving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive team within their assigned roles. Develop relationships with existing and new clients for all graphic design requests, which involved business and individual orders. Worked alongside senior management to ensure stock was always at optimal levels as well as ordering of new stock supplies. Dealt with suppliers for all business and client stock enquires. Performed relevant paperwork of billing, stock controls and ordering. Booked in client request for any repairs required, including regular updates for the customer and billing. Responsible for staff shift rosters on weekends.

Responsible for the layout and structuring of an online Comic Book Series that were being published and sold through a UK Publisher. Contract ended due to series ending.

Communicated and guided students on their syllabus to clarify and review concepts taught in class. Explain processes and assist students that had slight learning disabilities.

I worked in the Ceramic Department aiding students with the pottery and glazing while I was completing my Honors.
