Freelance Graphic Designer
I have worked with several organizations- including National Geographic, Crabtree + Company, Adayana, Bremmer and Goris, AARP and Dale Digital Printing-serving in graphic design, marketing and project management roles. This has given me the chance to develop and reï¬ne my skills in various roles, while allowing me to grow more experienced and comfortable in a leadership position.

The Hill Group
They specialized in medical conferences and health workshops for several organizations that were in need of a conference identities as well as corresponding printed collateral materials. I developed the aesthetic and delivery of content used in these materials which created a better experience for the attendees, so they would be more likely to come to future events. I also created badges, tent cards, PowerPoint presentations, Interactive PDFs, updated existing websites with new information and images, on an as needed basis, creating mock-ups of printed materials-like books and brochures, pre-ï¬ighting all printed work, creating signage for the conferences, ordering and placing ï¬nal images which I then edited through Photoshop. In addition to this, I edited content to create streamlined, fun and interesting presentations. As only one of two people in the design group, I had to monitor the status and due dates of all projects accordingly.

My time with Ripe Studios
was the ultimate learning experience. I gained hands on experience by working one-on-one with each member of their team. I created designs for logos, posters, and other printed work as well as web layouts and ï¬ash videos, which reï¬ned both my design and workï¬ow skills. I helped develop marketing strategies for our company by cultivating design and content for social media sites, creating company branded materials for prospective clients, and conceptualized methods to increase our presence in the community. I was able to meet with clients and brainstorm ideas, giving me experience in a professional setting. In addition to design responsibilities, I helped them with general administrative office tasks-such as answering the phone, greeting clients in a professional fashion, and organizing the office whenever necessary.
