Kelly Lofgren Oliver

I have spent a portion of my 10 years of design experience working in Hospitality and Multi-family Design, but high-end Residential Design makes up the majority of my portfolio. Through all of these design genres, I have been able to gain a firm understanding of the unique criteria for space planning guidelines, FF&E specifications, lighting specifications and budget requirements. It takes a lot of research, planning, and teamwork to complete both large and small scale projects on time while collaborating with a multitude of professionals and subcontractors in the industry. My national accounts include Darden, First Watch and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. My local accounts include Cask & Larder, The Ravenous Pig, East End Market and Sharky's on the Pier.

As for my most recent experience in high-end Residential interior design, I have worked with Akers Custom Homes, Christopher Ryan Homes, PurposeBuilt Vacation Homes, Legacy Vacation Resorts, Advanced Building Construction, Hastings Homes Inc., RLH Construction, Stonebridge Custom Homes to name a few. I am involved from the conception of a floorplan through the punch-out - ensuring our clients get the home for which they have dreamed.

I utilize pen and paper along with CAD, Sketch-Up, and Photoshop to bring my visions to life, building upon and further developing my creative mind. I am NCIDQ certified (#31417), which I earned in the Spring of 2016.
