-Responsible for the design & aesthetic of the entire Jumping Beans Apparel- Boys & Girls DISNEY brand.
-Oversee, Manage, Guide, & mentor assistant & associate designers. As well as interns & freelance contractors.
-Meet with and manage the communication with DISNEY and our Buyers/Production team.
-Frequently discuss production/fabric/and seasonal assortment throughout the development of the line.
-Travel for competitive shopping and trend as well as over seas travel to maintain design integrity & costing.
-Collaborate with the DISNEY Company & LUCAS studios to develop into licensing apparel.

-Direct all art concepts to graphics team and assure line sheets are up to date.
