Keith Faskin

Keith Faskin is a pioneering Industrial Designer, Engineer and Project Manager with cross sector experience across the U.S.A, Europe and China. As owner of Faskin Associates, his company vision is to make the world a simpler place through his intricate understanding of the design process, people management, brand power and the complexities of the marketplace.

With over 25 years’ experience in design Keith is reputed for developing innovative, customer-led and commercially successful products. Clients who repeatedly engage his services have experienced up to a 30% increase in turnover and 65% drop in costs. His clientele includes Bosch, Peugeot Citroen, Sony Ericsson, Russell Hobbs, Scottish Enterprise and Triumph motorcycles.

Keith excels at delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects. His commercial background includes setting up the design department and managing new product development for ITT Defence, sourcing Chinese suppliers for Hatch, working on a mobile application for Sony Ericsson and supporting VAX in taking a new product from ideation to production.

An Industrial Design graduate from Napier University, Keith enjoys sharing his expertise. In 2001 the 3rd year engineering class he taught at Glasgow University demonstrated an unsurpassed understanding of the design process and delivered exceptional projects in their final year. He is often engaged to train and consult in the areas of risk management, cost management, Intellectual Property and future protection.
