numerous prototypes in the form of 3d printing a variety of materials from flexible to non, as well as hand prototyping to ensure proper function and fit. Emphasis on problem solving, engineering part fitment and product user interface, as well as on-boarding new design staff to manage.

Brand manager of a bedding product, home goods and decor E-tailer. HMBL Home creates and sources product based on the principle of having simple modern designs, while using organic or sustainable elements and practices. Responsible for all design and development of product, packaging, graphic and website design, as well as development of branding credentials, and sourcing for the company. In addition to brand and product development, responsibilities included E-commerce website development, and coordination with domestic and Asian supplier’s development and logistics teams to land product to USA. Currently E-tailing product nationwide.

Responsibilities included product design, and development from ideation, concept development, to Solidworks modeling, 3D rendering and assisting with graphics/packaging design. Experience with products ranging from mechanical seating lifts and injection molded plastic products, to point of purchase displays. Primary focus on soft goods, including postural support, pillows and cushions of injection molded or cut foam, and textile construction methods. Majority of design intended for ergonomic comfort, support and pain relief solutions. Resulting in multiple successful product introductions to market and patents granted.

Extensive independent travel experience, domestic as well as Asia and Europe to work with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve tooling adjustments, cost reduction, product finalization and prototype approvals; also to attend trade shows to search for new materials and identify product trends.

Required the ability to work in a fast paced design process for promotional items primarily for pharmaceutical companies, ranging from desk-top items, and pens to personal electronic items and interactive educational products. Commonly taking a product from ideation to final rendered concept in one working day.
