Hired to design the whole street wear line’s for the brand “dub” include apparel and accessories of men’s and women’s to the North America market.Also design and development outerwear items for 3 season 2010,2011,2012; shoes for season 2008,2009. As the chief designer of china my responsibilities included: Design concepts and line development illustrations; color trends and print development, create line boards. Identify trends in the street wear market, Work with shanghai office product sourcing team in selection of fabrics and trims for seasonal sale-samples, with freelance outerwear designers in Canada and graphic artists in USA for seasonal concept. Responsible for establishing all specifications and tech packs from initial samples to production for street wear, Ensure that all styles are developed with strong quality and superior fit and establishment and standardization of fit blocks and evaluation of samples and production. Including all accessories application, sewing and construction details, Analyze each fabric and gauge block fit accordingly, Troubleshoot with factory to solve sewing and fit engineering issues; Grading for all categories; Maintain pattern library; Communicate with merchandising and production, Manage design review and comments on all pre-production samples; Also preparing all categories PDF books for distributors.

(Headwear, Bags, OEM/ODM) Shanghai Product Director/(Teammate: 5-8) Men's, Young Men's & Girl's Caps & Bags, Glove & scarf (Woven, Sweater& Knits) I was the Product Director for the product development of King-store. I managed a design staff of four graphic designer, two cap/bag designers, and two pattern two pattern making and worked together coordinated the deign for King-store's development divisions. I worked directly with the business unit directors and project managers to insure all samples are developed with strong quality and current, innovative and relevant to market in North American, Europe and Asia. Working with the caps, hats and bag different three owned factories, also over saw the showing design and point of sales materials. I was also responsible for hiring and managing the design staff, submitting annual budgets and maintaining the development staff. 2of 3 > During my stay at King's store, I coordinated the showpiece of over two hundred cap, knitting designs for MAGIC show, European Outdoor Expo (Munich) and China Fashion Fair 2005 in Japan. I helped establish king-store's an integrated and cooperating setup of the ODM Supply Chain instead of original OEM, I also initiated the building of closer relations between the development divisions and overseas clients to create future continuity in the developed product lines of the King's store brand.
