3D Printed Asian Lantern
Designed on Google Sketchup to be printed on a consumer FDM printer, the top snaps onto the base via 2 clips. This was designed so it will not need support material. I uploaded this to Thingiverse, and it was selected by the Makerbot team to be featured at the London Science Museum in a exhibit about 3D printing.
