Kaylee Seifert graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from North Carolina State University in May 2011. After graduation, while looking for a job in architecture, she spent time volunteering with the AIA Triangle 2011 Tour of Residential Architecture, worked on research for the Triangle Modernist Houses website, and the YAF Triangle Mentor/Mentee Program. In January 2012 she began her professional career at ZAPATA Incorporated as an Architectural Intern where she provides architectural support in the designing of projects and work in ZAPATA’s Engineering and Construction Division. Since moving to Charlotte she has enjoyed continuing volunteer work with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Charlotte, Habitat for Humanity, and Freedom School Partners.
