* Conduct preliminary research/ case study on various project types
* Develop preliminary designs for both exterior and interior projects in the development of his design concepts
* Prepare presentation materials for client meeting such as perspective views, colored elevations/ plans and material boards
* Coordinate with client regarding supplementary design requirements and designate work within the office * Liaise with suppliers, organize material library and prepare material boards
* Represent company in events such as lectures, conference or product launch
* Collaborate with Hong Kong & Miami office in the design production of other international projects
* Prepare and review design drawings for document issue * Review construction drawings from local architect and consultants

*Submit design proposals
*Conduct site inspections
