Kate Johnson

Graduate of San Francisco State University with a BA in Industrial Design: Concentration in Visual Communication. Currently I work as the Graphic Designer for San Mateo Medical Center, the public hospital of San Mateo County, California.

My style is a melange of vintage with modern, and am not afraid to try new things. I am comfortable working both collaboratively and alone to see projects to completion quickly and efficiently. I understand the importance of research to create effective and thought-provoking design. I believe that all design, whether it be a business card or billboard, should be memorable and effectively communicate a message.
