- Traveled to China to meet vendors and oversee samples, production, and packing.
- Set new company standards for communicating with factories in China, simplifying technical drawings and artwork files to limit the number of samples required.This resulted in increasing understanding and a shorter timeline from concept to manufacture.
- Designed new cost-effective product packaging, simplifying packing for our factories and reducing returns due to damages.
- Co-created 3 Kickstarter campaigns, designing content and conducting interviews with the media, successfully raising over $170,000 in pre-sales.
