Administrator-infosecretary
Tartu Art School
Sep 2013 - Apr 2019 (5 years 7 months)
The administrator-infosecretary job included many different tasks that are all important for the school’s everyday life. The tasks included communication with students, employees, teachers and guests, renting out devices for schoolwork, assisting with different events, dealing with applications and much more. This was a wonderful time, which gave me a positive experience in a friendly, loving and creative environment. It also gave me an opportunity to communicate with different people and to see how a school, especially an art school daily works.

Tartu, Estonia
Apr 2014 - May 2014 (1 month)
Collecting the information and files of the chosen works for the auction from the organisers and the photographer; downloading, organizing and uploading the information, photographs and video-links of the works into the auction Internet systems, organizing the transport of the works to the auction hall and back, informing art students about the auction, making changes in the auction's informational charts, keeping eye on the processe, packaging the works, helping out on the auction.
All in all it has been a really good experience! To see how does it actually work to make a big auction sale happen in the art world. What little and bigger things need to be done in order to keep everything running smoothly. I am thankful for the experience!
