About
As a designer and a dancer, I have developed an obsession for the way things move. 'The aesthetic design of physical movement' otherwise known as kinetic design has served as the cross section between my two creative worlds. I see it as an opportunity to make products dance and as a platform for exploring, experimenting, and prototyping to develop expressive products that offer a new experience for the user.

Bachelor of Fine Arts Industrial DesignSavannah College of Art and Design2011 - 2015I am a senior pursuing my BFA in Industrial Design. My educational been shaped by unique experiences such as my study abroad to Hong Kong and Shenzhen China. I am the president of the IDSA Student Chapter at SCAD and have been involved in other various organizations including Sketch Mob and an assortment of dance productions in my free time. Additionally, I am a camp counselor at SHiFT Design Camp, a one week intensive college camp in rural Alabama, hosted by the SCAD Industrial Design chair and ID department.

InstructorSavannah, GAAug 2014 - Present (10 years 3 months)I instruct both privately booked and public painting parties for beginners. I am responsible for set up, break down, and closing in addition to working with a team of other instructors to produce paintings for future lessons.

Lead/Principle DancerDenver, COAug 2008 - Jan 2012 (3 years 5 months)As principle dancer I was responsible for working with the director and company dancer creatively to design production and choreography. I lead team warm ups, cleaned choreography, and facilitated rehearsals prior to performance. The Silhouettes Dance Company was runner-up on America's Got Talent season 6.

Product Design InternBroomfield, COJan 2011 - Aug 2011 (7 months)I sketched concepts for new product lines, prototyped and seasonal display decor, sourced materials for future home decor lines, and researched competitors.

Web Graphic Design InternSep 2008 - Jun 2010 (1 year 9 months)I was responsible for editing stock imagery and creating promotional web banners for clients such as Ritz Camera and Wolf Camera. In addition I collected data and sought out way to make user's web experience more efficient and intuitive.
