The Photo Content Associate will manage the daily workflow of pictures coming in from multiple vendors (via email, FTP and cloud based storage). The contractor will be responsible for basic photo editing. After editing the contractor will upload and classify pictures through multiple channels using multiple methods. The photo support contractor is responsible for reviewing the quality and content of all photographs submitted by vendors to CHI. The photo support contractor is responsible for ensuring that all photos are of the highest quality possible and adhere to all CHI guidelines. Required Skills * Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom including cropping, basic retouching, exposure and color adjustments * Microsoft Windows * Internet browser * Eye for detail in regards to photos * working knowledge of FTP and cloud uploading * Ability to follow strict QA guidelines and be able to identify problems * Strong communication skills Major Responsibilities * Upload and download photos from multiple sources (email, FTP, cloud storage) * Reviewing and selecting the best photos as per CHI guidelines * Photoshop cropping, basic retouching, exposure and color adjustments * Follow QA guidelines across multiple brands * Ensures that photographs are kept in good order and organized accordingly * Communicate with supervisors regarding all daily tasks
