Joseph Burge

My duties as an intern included: working within a team to develop unique and innovative consumer products though: ideation sketching, rendering, participating in brainstorm sessions, participating in in-home ethnography, participation in focus group discussions. I also worked in Solid Works and Keyshot to produce images used for in-house graphics, packaging, and advertisements for a line of products currently in production. I was the primary person in charge of painting and assembling 3D printed prototypes for line reviews. I worked with engineers on projects from conception though production. I worked directly with marketers on color strategy. I was the primary designer on a number of house ware projects. I also worked with other industrial designers on future visual brand language.
