Having an understanding of business was the ideal complement to my art degree. It allowed me to open Mid-Mark Studio, a small but rewarding fine art craft studio.

My time at Pratt gave me access to a world I never knew existed. Even though I was a printmaking major I was also a common fixture in the photo lab, the only non-major with a painting studio, three semesters of advanced anatomy, worked in the sculpture studio and could be found each Sunday throwing on the wheel in ceramics studio. Seeing, touching and feeling is the common link to my understanding.
