Managed design, art direction and production for all print, presentation, and digital projects throughout the agency. Projects included visual aids, brochures, packaging, direct mail, convention panels, internal and external client presentations as well as digital development of web sites, e-blasts, apps, and touchscreen.

Oversaw the launch of pharmaceutical advertising campaigns including Zomig, Atacand, Vantas, Regranex Gel, Oasis Matrix, Gattex, and Natpara. Executed projects from concept creation, art development, and layout through final production by directing, managing and motivating creative team. Collaborated cross-departmentally in the creation of innovative, arresting branding, layouts, and guidelines for newly developed campaigns and projects. Managed the consistency of branding and layout development to conform to existing corporate and brand development guidelines. Created, implemented, and maintained internal agency processes for: file naming, job routing, layout creation, final production, and agency archive maintenance. Supported and managed the development of presentations for and promotion of new business activities. Managed the technical needs of the agency to ensure up-to-date tools and software as well as coordinated the negotiation and purchase of art for project development.

Conceived and produced branding, presentations, book design, signage, invitations, mailers, logos, t-shirt designs,
and menus for clients including: BullsEye Healthcare, DDB Worldwide, Young & Rubicam, Future Brands, Saatchi & Saatchi, EURO RSCG Blustar, Revlon, Ann Taylor, Barron’s, Amy L. Levine Jewelry, Carl & Company Interior Design, Court TV: The Investigation Channel, San Siro Men’s Sportswear, Montgomery NY Women’s wear, Bob Mackie Shirts, Lot 61 Restaurant/Lounge, SecureTactix LLC, Sudler & Hennessy.

Created digital media productions for both client and agency purposes. Projects ranged from all aspects of interactive and on-screen work, including presentations, CD-ROM development, and video, to print-based design and branding.

Developed presentations and graphics for client projects as well as all new business. Produced interactive CD-ROMs, kiosks, plasma screen animations, logo animations, screen savers and other multimedia including programming/script development as well as print-based artwork and layouts. Supervised departmental and freelance staff. Provided technical support, set-up, and troubleshooting of digital files and performance issues as well as presentation hardware, especially with cross-platform deliverables.

Developed and produced various sales collateral pieces in support of events and product launches in the Northeastern region from concept to completion. Projects included invitations, posters, banners and major account catalog advertisements.

Provided marketing support for the Northeast account managers. Coordinated district seminar events and meetings and Adobe’s presence as well as demonstrated products at district and national seminars and trade shows. Liaison between corporate marketing and field sales in the implementation of corporate marketing strategy.

Primary liaison between USCPG Management and assigned strategic business units and produced the graphic content and writing of outside investor analyst presentations given by the Group Executive. Produced monthly data and visual media used in internal presentations integrating Profit & Loss statements, FTE analyses, rolling forecasts, audit tracking schedules, as well as miscellaneous schedules charts, graphs, and ad hoc projects. Developed and implemented Citicorp management award-winning PC-based database used in the compilation of the USCPG 1990 Plan.
