Joey Pringle

Throughout my professional career in order for a company to progress and be successful I know that’s it crucial that sometimes we have to take risks, have an ability to learn new parts of the business and to always come together as a team. Through my tenacity and entrepreneurial mind set I have created my own opportunities and success from scratch. I have a great work ethic and will push the boundaries to get a job done. It is this mentality that continues to drive me through the ups and the downs to achieve my personal and career goals.

To date I have lived in three countries, England, Australia and Canada. I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA honours in Furniture and Product Design. I moved to Australia before and during my studies where I worked for one of Australia’s leaders in soft goods design, Crumpler backpacks. After graduating I began a new challenge in Vancouver, Canada in pursuit of a design career. I am very outgoing, sociable and traveling has provided me with many aspects that I believe are crucial in the design industry,

Mid term goals (5 years):

• To be established with a motivated design company in Canada

• To enhance my skills as a designer and develop my knowledge for the industry

• To travel and represent the business I work for through my professional career

• To have personal designs that touch people’s lives
