Akwaworx is a water and sewage treatment plant manufacturer (STP Sewage treatment plant and WTP Water treatment plant). They produce large mobile and permanent treatment plants used at virgin and established mine sites. The plants are constructed at the factory and transported to site both locally and overseas. My responsibilities are to do the design and layout drawings for manufacturing, for both STP and WTP plants. I am responsible for the design of the reactors for new projects and upgrades of existing projects this includes the initial design of the structure and the layout and GA drawings, as well as signing off on the Contractor ITP's. I'm also expected to adhere to Australian standards regarding the construction and design of the plants. My functions are: * Designing STP and WTP reactor structures * Designing new equipment and concepts * Issuing and controlling drawings and GA's * Signing off on ITP's at manufacturers * Final inspections of delivered products * The use of Solidworks

ComActivity Held Lawson M3 Business consultant Reason for leaving Was offered a design position Duration (From when to when) Functions Performed I was employed at ComActivity for 2 years as a business consultant. They are an ERP implementing and consulting company, their core product used is Lawson M3 and S3. They assists clients in the implementing of ERP systems and business processes. I mainly focused on Manufacturing and Maintenance consulting. As well as having exposure to some of the other modules but to a lesser degree, these being procurement, warehousing and some financing. During that time I had been involved in implementing the manufacturing module at a large earth works manufacturer (Digga). This was a new installation and I was involved in all facets of the manufacturing rollout, these being the original design, configuration, specking, testing, training, roll out and support. The project ran for about 9 months. I have also been involved in working on the manufacturing ibrex's at New Hope Coal, taking them from the original format and upgrading them to the current version, I was present with all levels or deployment from design, testing to training, roll out and level one support. My involvement at New Hope Coal has been an ongoing affair, with me working on the maintenance module and assisting the staff at New Hope Coal with testing and level one and two support. I was also with 2 new clients using the EAM maintenance modules and had been traveling overseas to support them with the new rollouts. The clients are IFL (NZ) and Nissan (Indo) My functions where: * Assisting with implementing Lawson M3 at manufacturing companies * Assisting in user training and documenting of business processes * Test script creation and testing * Issue resolution * Level one support to customers * Issue logging with Lawson * Manufacturing process evaluation and assessment * New software testing * Client relations * Creating training documentation
