Joanne Jones

Southwest sprouted and Midwest grown, I am a granola girl with worldly aspirations. Through music, nature, and fine art, I cultivate an inexorably growing passion to push my intellectual boundaries, create, and make change. I study Industrial Design and Society and Environmental Issues to practice my interdisciplinary passions and to pave the way toward attaining my worldly aspirations. My voracious hunger for acquiring new information and skills enables me to form a more holistic understanding of this world. I hope to utilize my unique skill set consisting of industrial design, design research, and environmental studies to produce innovative sustainable solutions. These solutions will benefit humans and the environment in order to make a positive influence on the future of humanity and our effects on the environment sustaining us. My long-term goals include designing cameras using only sustainable and environmentally friendly materials.
