Facilities Manger charged with performing bi-weekly inspections of amenities and support areas, building components, core, and grounds. Inter faced with with tenants on the property to assess maintenance issues and outside vendors and contractors to ensure efficient responses to all issues. Ensured that all on-going contracted vendor services were performed on schedule and met all contract specifications. Acted as emergency contact for building tenants, maintenance personnel, and contracted vendors.

Guided meetings to form relationships with local organizations. Developed and obtained new projects for volunteers to complete. Hosted several open house social events for members and potential volunteers. Additionally, acted as Team Leader responsible for planning chapter projects, and building volunteer teams for an art mural project in San Francisco's SOMA.

Design and Build partner for the Wells Fargo Renovation Project in San Francisco, designing, budgeting, and managing and completing 18 "fast track" project storefronts in 6 weeks. Planned, executed, and staffed numerous fundraising gala's for the non-profit organization.

Research coordinator charged with coordinating and managing the integrity of ophthalmic clinical research under the supervision of primary ophthalmologist/investigator. Recruited, screened, and enrolled participants into clinical studies. Scheduled subjects for procedures, associated follow up visits, and sponsor monitoring visits. Assessed and documented subject compliance with study protocol and prepared case report forms and source documents. Complied with HIPPA regulations to ensure protection of patient confidentiality and privacy during all study related visits.

Performed ophthalmic clinical duties including measuring visual acuity, instilling ocular medications, obtaining detailed ocular, medical, and family histories, instructing patients regarding medications, tests, and procedures, coordinating patient flow, and assisting ophthalmologists with surgical procedures.

Conducted preoperative counseling and obtained patient informed consent. Scheduled surgical eye procedures, and prepared operating rooms for procedures. Assisted ophthalmologists during plastics, cataract, corneal, and retinal procedures, and cared for patients pre- and post-operation.
