• Currently assisting in the development of a structure-tagged xml-based workflow for interior design that creates future-proof files usable for all media.
• Integration of existing print production workflows with emerging e-book and electronic publishing technology.
• Assisted in the installation of a color-managed PDF-to-print workflow for all book jackets and covers as well as illustrated interiors. Reduced vendor pre-press costs and created consistent, reliable output of the highest quality. Ongoing support of this workflow.
• Maintain accurate color management corresponding to vendor output using in-house ink-jet proofers. Support and maintenance of printers and rip software. Work with domestic and overseas vendors to assign and create accurate and reliable print profiles simulating various papers and finishing.
