Jiawei Cao

I am a recent graduated student from Kean University - Bachelor degree of Industrial design.

As an intern for ECCO Design, I was able to hone my creative skills, and learn some of the latest techniques for product design. My internship also afforded me the opportunity to gain a great perspective on how the manufacturing industry functions. The most important thing, I had learned which design is based on problem solving and researching. I believe in depth research of both the current market and target demographic allows the designer to better understand the needs of the user and define a concise focus for the product, ending in a valid design solution that meets the needs and desires of the intended user.
