Designer working with the New Jersey Career Connections Digital Outreach Team while also providing graphic design support to other areas of the NJ Department of Labor. Primary role consists of assisting with the development of the NJ Career Connections brand some of which includes logo development and implementation, brand recognition and print collateral. Assisting in creating, expanding and assembling the NJ Career Connections Brand Identity Guidelines. Continuously supporting the ever-changing NJ Career Connections website by designing graphics: topic specific infographics, banners for article pages, widgets and selecting photos. Develop internal and external print collateral which will also include generating materials for external partners for the NJ Career Connections program outreach. Developed a color palette and website design intent for our partner site: careerpartners.nj.gov.

Acted exclusively as the graphic support for a 40+ person office with several locations. Routinely worked with the firm’s CEO and partners to create and design PowerPoint and Prezi presentations for their interviews. Heavily involved in assembling and production of proposals for new projects. Involved in writing and editing copy for various projects including proposals, social media and printed material. Worked directly with the Director of Marketing on a daily basis to ensure we were reaching our potential markets. Worked on redesigning multiple materials to create a cohesive, clean look for marketing purposes. Researched, found, short listed and chose web design firm to develop and design new web site for USA.

Successfully tracked the workflow of the department and managed the administration of projects to the designers. Ensured projects were within budget and on track to meet tight deadlines. Lead graphic designers on all creative projects related to operations which included marketing campaigns, educational and membership collateral as well as email marketing. Directed graphic designers on all creative composed of exhibit and wayfinding signage, exhibition entry and interpretive graphics in addition to signage and materials onsite | off site promoting IMAX® and traveling exhibitions and programs. Established and maintained strong relationships with the internal Marketing team, external advertising agency, sales reps, printers and project coordinators.

Consulted with 3D exhibit designers on various projects materials and fabrication. Developed identities and design intent on various exhibits including the 12,500 sq ft Skyscraper! exhibition. Designed interpretive and instructional graphics for exhibit galleries from concept to production. Assisted Art Director in the design and implementation of a new identity for the Science Center. Developed concept and design for individual program logos. Made executive decisions regarding applications of the brand to all collateral. Responsible for concept / design development and art direction interactives. Developed relationships with outside vendors such as printers, brokers, photographers, illustrators and fabricators. exhibition work Developed and directed the design intent for the look and feel of all of the graphics for Skyscraper!
