During my time with Compassion, I have enabled the IT infrastructure to grow from the support of 25 staff, to an office staff of 80 and 15 mobile staff working across the whole of the UK and Ireland. This has required significant market research to ensure that the IT infrastructure remains value for money, whilst maintaining flexibility to support the continuing growth of Compassion. This flexibility has involved multiple roll outs of Operating Systems and productivity packages, as well as training staff in these in both group and one-to-one environments.
Specifically in the helpdesk environment I implemented and ran a cost effective ticketing system, which delivered efficiencies in tracking of problems, which could then be trended for proactive interventions and training purposes.
Additionally, my expertise in Apple mobile devices has led to me being nominated as the lead in both first and second line support to the whole of Compassion UK and Ireland.
