Before Birth & Beyond is a podcast from the National Institute of Children's Health Quality (NICHQ). Starting this podcast was part of a renewed content strategy aimed at increasing organic engagement and offering the Communications team a new approach to content creation and production.

I designed the branding for the podcast, and with my Communications Manager, co-created the structure and content flow pattern of the show. I operationalized our workflows through episode and segment plan templates and eventually transferred production responsibility to the team manager. I am heavily involved in show planning, creative direction, and editing final call.
