The National Network of Perinatal Quality Collaboratives (NNPQC) is a project of NICHQ. At the end of their 2017-2022 iteration, they wanted to create an impact statement. I encouraged them to consider a video in combination with a print piece (the typical request). I sourced a videographer, and my communications manager and I led scriptwriting and collaborated on interviews, storyboarding, and creative direction. We worked with the project team and other members of leadership to incorporate various edits and feedback while retaining the vision.
As part of the next NNPQC funding round, we supported their website project and incorporated a shorter version of the video as a central part of the homepage.
For the accompanying infographic set, I worked with a consultant designer so we could get both projects done on time. We worked with the project team to identify statistics and other highlights.
