This was the first piece I supported our CEO with after joining NICHQ. It was a new year and we wanted to reiterate his commitment to anti-racism, as well as introduce the Equity Systems Continuum and audit tool, a framework developed to measure where an organization is at on its journey to operating in an equity-empowered way.
