In my role at NICHQ, I support equity-focused executive thought leadership, often ghostwriting, and other times I have a byline. These are two examples, from 2022 and 2023, of collaborations with executive staff to write pieces on youth access to gender-affirming care. Our commitment to equity is intersectional, and we lift up research and evidence-based strategies for clinicians to support all of their patients and provide care in alignment with the American Academy of Pediatrics.
