Event Planning and Promotion: Dakota Divas in Drag
Dakota OutRight hosts five drag shows annually, and we theme out and concept each one. The most recent was Top 40 Hits of 2015, so the visuals were vibrant, fun, and club flyer-style. We also added a popular giveaway item, which boosted attendance. I'm responsible for event planning, promotion, ads, social media, and website updates, in addition to managing our merchandise line and a looping presentation during the show.
