Opening scene. Lou goes to the park, and wants to play on the swings.
Lou gets on the swing, but cannot enjoy it as he does not have legs to pump to get the swing going.
Jay enters the park, and sees that Lou could use some help.
Jay pushes Lou on the swing, and is happy he could help.
Jay and Lou happily swing together. The end.
