I have been working with a small consuting firm for the past six years. Due to the small size (at one time, there were only two employees), I experienced an accelerated learning curve. I have been managing projects for all but the first year I arrived. I have also worn many hats: designer, CAD guru, web developer, project manager, recruiter, event planner, and janitor.
