As a product developer it is my responsibility to deliver disable, affordable products that reflect our values as a company and the values of the clients we represent. My role includes:
• Manage contractors both on- and off-premises.
• Maintain project schedules and create timelines for proposals.

• Draft clear rules, specifications, and documentation as needed.
• Stay current on new technologies in the field of industrial design and and manufacturing.
• Remain knowledgeable about the game and toy industry and in particular the retailers, competitive products, and company’s pertinent to our company’s work.

Industrial Designer with full-cycle consumer product design experience (ideation through manufacturing). As a Product Designer I'm responsible for creating outstanding products for the becker&mayer! Book Group and SmartLab Toys.
My responsibilities include managing multiple projects (10+) at any given time. I'm an accomplished project manager with a solutions-based approach and a creative problem-solving mindset. I have specific experience designing for injection molded plastics manufacturing, although I work with soft goods, glass and sourced materials.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Manage and give creative direction to vendors, freelancers, engineering partners etc.
-Maintain project schedules and create timelines for proposals.
-Generate product ideas and develop product proposals.
-Create renders and prototypes for customer presentations.
-Manage manufacturing and packaging design directions.
-Develop technical drawings and detailed product specifications for request for quotations.
-Manage the design and development process from concept through the finalization of the design and specifications.
-Assists during pre-production and manufacturing to troubleshoot and resolves any problems.
