 Traveled to model home installations to implement all decorative elements as portrayed in initial presentation while maintaining budget.
 Created specifications package in AutoCAD to display wall treatment finishes and details to be used by project manager and carpentry trades.

 Brought on as first interior designer to Centro Stile, a new department/start up within the Ashton Woods corporate headquarters to merchandise model homes.
 Lead the establishment of defining Centro Stile design and AutoCAD standards and templates.
 Created interior design construction document sets for each model home with detailed millwork and custom design elements.
 Traveled to project location to oversee and manage proper installation of furniture, lighting, electrical, millwork and overall aesthetic and quality of work for Division president and sales agents.
 Worked with senior designer on multiple projects with varying design directions requiring keen attention to detail and exceptional skills in multitasking.

 Managed and maintained the Interactive Floor Plan process for nine Ashton Woods Divisions across the country by tracking the progress and status of hundreds of jobs.
 Assisted in completing Design Development plans for new homes in AutoCAD starting with a sketch and preliminary design ideas.
 Maintained exceptional communication with our vendor to ensure each project was completed on time and within budget.
 Assisted in the transition of Ashton Woods new logo brand launch by working with corporate marketing department on redesigning Interactive Floor Plan templates with updated logo as well as revamping the interactive floor plan design on website.

 Created floor plans, preliminary and final construction documents for McDonald’s and Burger King with full comprehension of ADA compliance and health codes per specific regions.
 Managed multiple tasks and jobs at varying stages and maintained communication with our external managers to gather and validate design requirements to ensure proper budget, layout, and furnishings were utilized.
 Assisted in on-board training to educate new team members the design standards and requirements to work more quickly and efficiently in the fast-paced Quick Service Restaurants market of design.
 Provided solutions for unique spaces to promote design flow and aesthetic.
 Responsible for uploading and resizing custom and corporate graphics for McDonald’s restaurants by working with digital printing companies to ensure that the graphics are the correct size, quality and color when they came in for my approval.
