* Work with Creative Director executing creative design and concepts * Coordinate between the corporate office and overseas factories on a daily basis * Design CAD's and prepare tech packs for the entire collection * Work with fabric and trim vendors to accurately index all materials * Develop time/action calendar to track production progress * Costing, counter-sourcing fabric/trims, and price negotiations of garments * Issuing bulk fabric and trim purchase orders * Update social media networks and web design * Prepare flat sketch designs using Adobe Illustrator for tech packs for overseas factories * Design layouts, mock-ups, banner advertising, logos, images, and jpegs * Review lab dips, sample, and production for fabric, color, and artwork approval

Excalibur Assistant Merchandiser/Graphic Designer * Collaborate with Creative Director and Director of Design in coming up with new designs/trends for the seasons/shows * CAD design for clients, design and develop packaging for trims and shows * Prepare presentation boards to be used in meetings and shows, assist with web design, and develop designs for labels/trims * Create charts and update daily data regarding fabric and trim developments, production, and sampling using Microsoft Excel for numerous projects for CEO * Organize all samples from overseas and purchase orders as well as invoicing using Microsoft Excel * Communicate with international factories via email/phone regarding orders and invoicing on a daily basis * Responsible for organizing and shipping samples to domestic and global partners * Review lab dips, sample, and production for fabric, color, and artwork approval * Prepare and organize tech packs for overseas factories for all samples * Occasional receptionist duties

* Create various color ways of many fabrics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator * Design fabric patterns using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator * CAD design for fabric development

* Assist in developing creative print and packaging ideas for production as well as the brand's retail store with the Creative Director * Develop various colorways for patterns and artworks for products with the Creative Director and Founder of the brand * Take photos and retouch for the brand's website using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign * Design banners and signs to be used for the brand's retail store as well as promotional advertisements to be used for trade shows and exhibitions * Collaborate with the Creative Director in production designs for each season, patterns to be used on products, and design linesheets/lookbooks/postcards/CADs for collections * Occasionally prepare orders to be shipped to stores and press kits for the Wholesale Manager * Assist in website shooting product shots of merchandise and photoshop
