BFA Crafts- InterdisciplinaryCollege for Creative Studies2006 - 2010I started my undergrad in Illustration but changed my focus to Crafts, where I was able to explore a variety of mediums and processes. In the Interdisciplinary program I was able to work in fibers, wood, metal, glass, and ceramics. I also took a few animation courses where I learned to create maquettes, metal armatures, and molds for my own foam-latex puppets.

Senior Art Staff/SculptorDetroit, MIOct 2010 - Jul 2015 (4 years 9 months)-Sculpted characters & props for high-profile, nationally-aired events including
America’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, E3, and the North American International Auto
Show. Contributed to the sculpture and painting of the Fox Sports Detroit Bobbleheads.
- Applied finish paint and perceived texture to sculptures (fur, woodgrain, concrete, etc.)
- Restored and repaired existing sculptures
- Relayed design & direction from art director to volunteer workers.
