SASEtank Finalist: Sense-able Foods, Inc
Created for the Society of Asian Scientist and Engineers spin-off competition of the show, SharkTank. The sense-able scale combines embedded micro-scale force-sensors and a camera with object recognition technology as an after market add-on to refrigerators and pantries to provide users with information on what type and how much of that food you have. The film can be applied onto any surface, easily cleaned, and data collected is linked via wifi, making it conveniently accessible on a cloud.
