A&P on Project Vahana a fully autonomous EVTOL for A3 by AIRBUS. I have been involved in support of daily flight test operations. Assembly, testing and balancing of electric variable pitch propulsion systems. Direct supporting the subscale team in creating scale airframe designs by building and modifying R/C scale electrical components and harnesses along with creating wiring and interconnect harness diagrams.

Directly involved with electric vehicle assembly and all aspects of integration with an emphasis on the fabrication and construction of all wiring harness assemblies. Daily maintenance requirements include modification and repair of the aircraft as necessary based on flight test results. Support the Maintenance Manager with development of maintenance procedures and technical documentation for FAA certifications.

Account/ Project Management - Client facing, schedule creation. All steps of a project from initial concept to in-store delivery and setup. All aspects of Industrial Design required for production and manufacturing including vendor/ team management interns, contractors.

NHRA Approved roll bars and cages, custom suspension and chassis fabrication. Mild steel, Chrome Moly and aluminum welding.

General maintenance on Boeing 727, 737, 757 and Airbus A319 and A320. Daily experience with Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, Turbine engines, Flight controls, entry door rigging, and avionics systems.
