Experimental Flight Test Senior Technician on Project Vahana
Lead Technician / A&P directly involved in support of daily flight test operations. Assembly, testing and balancing of electric variable pitch propulsion systems. Direct support of the subscale team in building ¼ scale airframe designs by building and modifying small scale electrical components and harnesses along with creating wiring and interconnect harness diagrams.
Flight Test Crew Chief directly involved with electric vehicle assembly and all aspects of integration with an emphasis on the fabrication and construction of all wiring harness assemblies. Daily maintenance requirements include modification and repair of the aircraft as necessary based on flight test results. Support the Maintenance Manager with development of maintenance procedures and technical documentation for FAA certifications.
