SENIOR inline innovation, brand Jordan: Nike, beaverton, OR — 2016-2019
Worked on a compressed innovation timeline to provide new and novel technologies for Jordan performance categories.
Collaborated with Nike longterm Innovation teams (NXT and Space) to incorporate their work into Brand Jordan, making adjustments as necessary to bring their work into better alignment with the brand.
Provided leadership and mentoring to the inline Basketball and Training performance teams.
Worked closely with professional athletes to create footwear designs to meet their unique performance and aesthetic needs.
Outlined a five-year innovation plan for Jordan Basketball and Training teams.
SENIOR DESIGNER, CLEATED FOOTWEAR: Nike, beaverton, OR — 2013-2016
Designed footwear products from the ground up using the newest and most advanced technologies available.
Turned consumer insights into industry-defining products.
Worked cooperatively with other designers, engineers, various Nike labs, the NXT Digital Studio, the innovation kitchen, and the APCC team to develop distinctive, groundbreaking concepts.
Worked directly with high school athletes, college athletes, and professional athletes to collect feedback and create footwear designs that addressed needs specific to individual players and positions on the field.
Unveiled completed designs to various media outlets and the general public by presenting in a variety of large scale media events and answering follow-up questions in an interview format.

Created lifestyle products within the Tennis category as a new member of the design team at Nike.

Worked on all facets of the footwear creation process from concept exploration to product conformation.
Completed a large number of products in a short amount of time, with several designs going to market in the categories of Running, Trail Running, Basketball, and Track and Field.
Developed a passion for footwear design and innovation within the design field.
