The finger pulse oximeter has a little of everything. The device is a 3D model. It comes packaged with directions and a reply card. On line there is a movie demonstrating the correct use of the product. This package is part of a larger redesign that is still in use.
This is a package redesign project that included over 800 products. The lancet boxes have a tab that tears off and allows one side to swing open. It is still in use today, and unchanged from the original design.

The style guide was developed for overseas offices to follow. Pages were added as the process was refined to include more specific direction.
Another function of the style guide was to communicate with off site production by giving them a page to refer to. Images are a big help when there is a language barrier.
Having a mechanical checklist is not a new idea. It helps a great deal and covers things commonly overlooked. It is numbered and meant to be followed in that order. Not the most artistic part of the project :(
